Welcome to the registration platform for the CERV Cluster Meeting for Union Values (UV) and Operating Grants (OG) beneficiaries

Dear all,

We are pleased to invite you to the CERV Cluster Meeting for UV and OG beneficiaries, which will take place in Brussels on 4–5 February 2027, at Hotel nhow Brussels Bloom (Rue Royale 250, 1210 Brussels).

Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own travel and accommodation. These costs will be eligible under your grant. As the venue is centrally located, you should find a wide range of accommodation options nearby.

Registration deadline: 30 November 2026
Contact: CERV2027@vo-europe.eu

Each organisation is invited to send one or two representatives per project. Please complete one registration form per participant.

The programme will be organised as follows:

04/02, morning: session for OG beneficiaries only
04/02, lunch and afternoon: joint sessions for both OG and UV beneficiaries
05/02, morning: session for UV beneficiaries only

The afternoon joint session is dedicated to you: it is a great opportunity to share any topic of discussion or need that your project has and bring it forward as a workshop. Additionally, we are looking for volunteers to be part of our storytelling session; the people who participate will be trained by a journalist in advance.

A second form will be shared at a later stage, allowing you to choose your preferred workshop themes for the group sessions as well as indicate any requests for bilateral meetings with OG or UV beneficiaries, and European Commission representatives.
